In Detail
WeaveLux takes a texture usually reserved for handbags, a tight interlaced weave, and moulds it straight into a polycarbonate shell. The pattern catches light differently panel to panel, and does the practical work of hiding the fine scratches a shell picks up over a year of travel.
Contrasting tan trims run the vertical edges, four dual-spinner wheels handle the movement, and a telescopic handle retracts flush when it is not needed. Cabin, Medium, and Large are sold on their own, so a weekend bag and a fortnight case can be built up one piece at a time.
The interlaced pattern is moulded structure, not a surface print, so it stays sharp through the knocks a printed finish would eventually wear through.
Cabin, Medium, and Large share the same finish and trim, so pieces bought a size at a time still travel as a matched set.
